FRONTIER DEVELOPMENTS is a developer and publisher based in Cambridge, UK.
Frontier was founded in 1994 in order to build a team to continue creating high-quality, innovative games in the rapidly evolving games industry with an ambition that only teams of skilled professionals can deliver.
Frontier has built a uniquely diverse catalog of games that have defined genres, earned critical acclaim, and won a place in the hearts of millions of players.
Having worked with a succession of top publishers Frontier now self-publish their own high-quality, innovative games of different genres that embody our world-class expertise across all major gaming formats.
I currently have the opportunity to coordinate key features of a licensed AAA management game, F1 Manager 2022, with a working force of 150+ people.
F1 MANAGER 2022

F1 Manager 2022 is a management game where you step into the role of a team leader: you’ll have a 360-degree view of your squad, including car upgrades, factory facilities, driver contracts, budgets and more, as you build up to the season and the start of each race.
It’s up to you to make the key choices to keep your drivers on track, and your team ahead of the competition.
+ Coordinate the development of a workstream (15+ people) and of the animation department (10 people) on a licensed project, reporting to the Executive Producer
+ Help the development team to achieve the goals and deliver content on time and to a high quality
+ Identify and mitigate project risks
+ Create and optimise processes and pipelines to ensure efficient development
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with the development team, in a remote work environment
PRODUCER ASSISTANT / UBISOFT PARIS MOBILE
UBISOFT PARIS MOBILE is a developer and publisher based in Paris, France.
During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on the biggest project yet done at UBISOFT PARIS MOBILE, an ambitious AAA mobile game, with a working force of 100+ people.

UNDISCLOSED AAA PROJECT

The project is based on a well-known Ubisoft IP.
+ Be responsible for the VFX, Animation and Sound Design teams (10 people)
+ Work with Leads, Producers, and Associate Producers to plan and troubleshoot production resources
+ Communicate between team members, consultants, inter-company and external resources
+ Hold regular meetings with the project teams and individuals to discuss status, break down tasks, resolve issues and share information to support development efforts and keep the product on schedule
+ Support and manage day-to-day production issues through analytic thinking and information gathering
+ Identify, anticipate risks, and engage in creative problem solving
+ Learn proprietary tools
+ Partner with experienced members of the team to ensure a common understanding and agreement on the project scope and objectives for the whole team
ASSISTANT PRODUCER INTERN / BLACK SHAMROCK - A VIRTUOS STUDIO
BLACK SHAMROCK is a videogame development studio focused on RPG titles for PC and consoles based in Dublin, Ireland. The studio was acquired in 2017 by Virtuos, the global leader in video game content production. A part of Black Shamrock’s activity is dedicated to co-development on major titles in collaboration with studios from all around the world and the other part on their own projects.
During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on different projects, such as The Lord of the Rings: Adventure Card Game, Destroy All Humans! and undisclosed projects.
THE LORD OF THE RINGS: ADVENTURE CARD GAME

The game has an important narrative component, with a solo campaign and a quest system based respectfully on Tolkien’s LOTR universe.
DESTROY ALL HUMANS!

Co-developed with Black Forest Games (Germany)
This game is a remake of the beloved game of the same name, released in 2005.
+ Assist leads and producers with planning, task tracking, bug tracking, and global project progress
+ Work closely with development teams to remove obstacles in the production of the outsourcing contracts
+ Update task progress and prioritize bug’s treatment in Jira’s database
+ Participate in weekly meetings with clients
+ Participate and lead in daily stand-up meetings with the teams
+ Take notes and communicate information during and after meetings
+ Be the bridge of information between the various Virtuos outsourcing studios and the clients
+ FOR OTHER UNDISCLOSED PROJECTS: Define pitch and proposal documents for multiple tender processes in collaboration with Black Shamrock’s studio leads: Delivery Content, Communication Process, Staffing & Budget, Roadmap, Risk Assessment
ASSOCIATE LINE PRODUCER JUNIOR INTERN / FOCUS HOME INTERACTIVE
FOCUS ENTERTAINMENT is a publisher based in Paris, France. FOCUS has published and distributed original titles worldwide. They are specialized with AA titles.
During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on different projects, mainly on Spintires: Mudrunner – American Wilds and The Council.
SPINTIRES: MUDRUNNER - AMERICAN WILDS

Spintires: MudRunner – American Wilds is a game that dares you to take charge of incredible all-terrain vehicles, venturing across extreme landscapes.
THE COUNCIL

Developed by Big Bad Wolf Studio (France)
I worked on the third, the fourth and the fifth episode.
My main tasks were to:
+ Interact with business and marketing teams to prepare the episodes’ release
+ Define with my internship supervisor the development’s priorities to match the schedule
+ Test, give feedback and recommendations to the development teams to improve the project’s quality
+ Supervise the age rating process and localization
+ Take care of post-release monitoring and patching (The Council Episodes 3 and 4)
+ Prioritize the bugs’ treatment for the milestones’ deliverables with Jira (Mudrunner)
+ Prepare and supervise a Beta launch with the Community Management team (Mudrunner)
